iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MacroChef → Cancel.

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open MacroChef and go to Profile → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same App Store or Google account you used originally.

Yes — it depends on which plan you're on.
On the Chef plan (free, guided), your macros are calculated automatically from your profile — age, height, weight, sex, activity level, and goal. Update those values and your targets adapt instantly.
On Custom mode (Pro), you set your own numbers — perfect if you're following a coach's or nutritionist's plan.
